Privacy.

VORTEX has no accounts and sets no tracking cookies.

Server logs. API requests are rate limited per IP address. The IP is held in memory for a rolling one-minute window and is not written to durable storage or shared.

Failure logs. We log only the metric name, the venue tried, and the HTTP status. No user data and no credentials are recorded.

Newsletter. If you submit an email for the daily digest it is used only to send that digest. Ask and it is deleted.

Third parties. Market data is fetched server-side, so your browser never talks to the upstream exchanges.
